A TECHNICIAN WAS TESTING AN ELECTRIC HEATING ELEMENT. HE WAS ELECTROCUTED WHEN HE CONNECTED A HOT CLAMP TO THE ELEMENT. THE CIRCUIT WAS ENERGIZED.
