EMPLOYEE DIED IN FALL FROM MANLIFT

During an outage at an electric power generation plant, a journeyman pipefitter fell from a vertical belted manlift. She sustained injuries to her chest, lungs, and legs. She died of asphyxia caused by her injuries.
