Employee beaten to death during robbery

Employee #1 was working the early morning shift in a convenience store. A fellow employee and three accomplices robbed the store. In the process, they took Employee #1 to the back of the store and beat him to death with a bat and beer bottles. The death was the direct result of criminal activity. No suggested abatement is recommended.
