EMPLOYEE #1 WAS REPAIRING A LARGE STEEL BOX (FLASK) WHICH WAS STANDING IN A ROW OF FLASKS. A FLASH DOWN THE ROW FROM EMPLOYEE #1 WAS LIFTED BY A CRANE AND STRUCK THE FLASK NEXT TO IT, KNOCKING IT OVER. EACH FLASK WAS KNOCKED OVER, IN TURN, BY THE ONE NEXT TO IT UNTIL THE FLASK NEXT TO THE ONE EMPLOYEE #1 WAS WORKING ON FELL OVER ONTO HIM. HE WAS KILLED.
