Estimator dies after fall from mall roof

On October 7, 1993, Employee #1, employed as an estimator by Lowe Roofing Co., went to a mall at the request of the owners to determine the cost of repair of a roof leak. During the assessment, he fell 14 ft to the ground from a combination flat and 8:12 pitch peak roof. He died on October 15, 1993.
