Employee killed when struck by truck that is backing up

Employee #1 was walking along the side of the distributor vehicle, an oil spraying truck, at the same time that the truck's driver was getting into the cab of the truck. By the time Employee #1 had walked behind the truck, the driver had gotten into the cab of the truck and was unable to see Employee #1 in the rear view mirrors. The truck driver backed the truck over Employee #1, killing him.
