Employee dies after being struck by a steel coil

At approximately 5:30 p.m. on September 26, 1991, Employee #1 was apparently struck by a steel coil that was hanging on the hook of a remote control crane. He was found lying between two rows of steel coils. Employee #1 had severe lacerations, broken bones, and head injuries. He was transported to St. Mary's Hospital, but died shortly after he arrived.
