EMPLOYEE KILLED WHEN RUN OVER BY PICKUP TRUCK

At approximately 4:30 a.m. on April 16, 1991, Employee #1 suffered fatal injuries when he was run over by his pickup truck. Evidence indicated the victim parked the pickup on a downhill slope with the engine running. Employee #1 placed the manual transmission in neutral, and exited the cab to attend a newborn calf without setting the parking brake. As he was working in front of the vehicle and using the headlights to see, the vehicle rolled forward over his chest killing Employee #1.
