THE DRILL BIT APPARENTLY DRILLED THROUGH A PVC CONDUIT CONTAINING ENERGIZED CONDUCTORS. THE EMPLOYEE RECEIVED AN ELECTRIC SHOCK AND WAS HOSPITALIZED FOR HIS INJURY.
