A POWER LINE WORKER WAS HANDLING A DEENERGIZED ELECTRIC CABLE AT GROUND LEVEL TO BRING IT TO A CONNECTOR. THE CABLE BECAME ENERGIZED UNEXPECTEDLY, AND THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
