Employee run over and killed by solid waste hauler

On January 3, 1990, Employee #1 was standing behind the rear dual tires of an industrial solid waste hauler whose driver was in the truck waiting for his job site assignment. Employee #1 was talking to the driver of another truck who was also waiting to go to his assigned job site. Neither one of the haulers had their dumpsters on the back. When the second truck driver pulled away, he ran over Employee #1, killing him.
