Investigation Summary
At 10:00 p.m. on October 21, 2015, a carpentry employee began to feel ill on the site and told his supervisor that he needed to go to the doctor. He left the site and drove himself to a convenience store that was approximately 15 to 20 minutes away, where he collapsed and was taken to the hospital where he died later.
