Investigation Summary
While pouring a sidewalk for a building measuring 30 ft by 160 ft, Employee #1 was checking the area for forms to the sidewalk. A very high wind (in excess of 65 mph according to the Weather Bureau), caused the building to roll over onto Employee #1, crushing his hand, breaking his thigh and shoulder bones, and cracking two ribs. He was hospitalized for his injuries.
