On June 17, 2015, an employee tripped or stumbled on a raised portion of the sidewalk, losing her balance, and falling to the ground where she struck her head. The employee was admitted to the hospital trauma unit, where she passed away on June 20, 2015. The decedent was thought to have been an employee of the mobile park.
