THERE WAS AN EXPLOSION AND FLASH FIRE THAT ENVELOPED EMPLOYEE #1 IN THE BUCKET. IT IS NOT KNOWN IF HE FELL, JUMPED, OR CAME DOWN IN THE BOOM BUCKET. THE BODY WAS FOUND ON THE GROUND UNDER THE BOOM.
