AN EMPLOYEE WAS PUTTING AWAY AN ARC WELDING MACHINE WHILE IT WAS STILL ON. HIS CLOTHING WAS WET, AND HE EVIDENTLY CONTACTED THE WELDING LEAD. THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
