Employee dies of heart attack

Employee #1 slumped down onto a walkway and rolled 15 ft off the walkway onto the top of an electric furnace. He was brought down to the floor by coworkers. Initially Employee #1 was thought to have been killed in the fall from the walkway, but the corner's report discounts this assertion. Employee #1 died of a heart attack.
