TWO ELECTRIC UTILITY EMPLOYEES WERE REENERGIZING AN UNDERGROUND POWER LINE. ONE OF THEM CONTACTED AN EXPOSED CONDUCTOR WHILE HE WAS ASSISTING IN THE OPERATION AND WAS ELECTROCUTED.
