Employee killed when crushed by falling 100,000 lb wall
On June 10, 1991, Employee #1 was removing steel skirting from an old Navy drydock. When he cut through the skirting, the unsupported wall, estimated to weigh 100,000 lb, fell on him and killed him instantly.
