ELECTRIC SHOCK - DIRECT CONTACT WITH ENERGIZED PARTS

An employee was replacing heating coils in a plastics oven. He had not deenergized the 480-volt circuit as he had been trained to do. He was electrocuted when he touched the energized coil.
