EMPLOYEE FOUND DEAD ON A CLEAR AND DRY FLOOR

At approximately 4:45 a.m. on January 12, 1990, Employee #1 was walking on a clear and dry floor towards the rest room when she fell. Two employers found her at about 5:20 a.m. unconscious with a 1.5 in. laceration above her right eyebrow. The coroner believes that she may have been dead as she fell because her arms were near her side and not in the position of trying to catch herself.
