A JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN HAD CLIMBED ON TOP OF A MEAT COOLER TO WORK ON A JUNCTION BOX. HE CONTACTED A 277-VOLT CIRCUIT PART INSIDE THE JUNCTION BOX AND WAS ELECTROCUTED.
