Two employees killed in vehicular accident on interstate

At 5:30 p.m., a tractor trailer laden with brick ran into a pickup truck that was driving behind a convoy of road construction equipment exiting a road work site off an interstate. Moving at about 30 mph, the tractor trailer simply ran into the pickup, driving it into the road grader ahead of it. Employees #1 and #2, who were riding in the pickup, died. The road was dry and the weather was clear. The left lane was open and clear.
