Employee is caught in between a tractor trailer and the load

At 10:15 a.m. on May 15, 2015, a manager employee of a dairy company was talking on his personal phone and was caught in between a truck trailer and loading dock. The manager walked to the edge of the loading dock and jumped off onto the ground area, while the driver of a truck was backing into the dock area. The employee was killed from internal crushing injuries to the chest and body area.
