EMPLOYEE DIES FROM HEART FAILURE

At approximately 2:30 p.m. on May 4, 1998, Employee #1 collapsed to the floor while installing ventilation duct work on the U.S. Navy Vessel Kiska. The toxicology report attributed the cause of death to acute methamphetamine intoxication with the contributing factors of an enlarged heart (mild cardiomegaly) and floppy mitral valve.
