AN EMPLOYEE WAS TRIMMING A WILLOW TREE THAT WAS PROTRUDING INTO A 7200-VOLT OVERHEAD POWER LINE. PART OF THE LIMB HE WAS TRIMMING BROKE OFF AND CONTACTED THE POWER LINE. THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
