Employee killed in fall from ladder

At approximately 10:00 a.m. on December 6, 1981, Employee #1 was installing a piece of gable rake trim. He was working on an extension ladder and having difficulty installing the trim. Snow was falling and the ladder had become slippery. Employee #1 slipped on the ladder and fell approximately 25 ft to the ground. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
