ELECTRIC SHOCK - CONTACT WITH ENERGIZED PARTS

A welder was climbing a scaffold. He was carrying a welding lead with the electrode holder in his hand. He dropped the electrode holder onto the scaffold, energizing it. The welder was electrocuted.
