Employee dies of floppy mitral valve

At approximately 10:15 a.m. on June 20, 1990, Employee #1 was working on a renovation project at the Robert Frost Intermediate School in Fairfax, VA. He was on a scaffold when he collapsed from what are believed to be non-work-related causes. An autopsy report indicated the cause of death to be a floppy mitral valve in the heart.
