Employees struck by cinderblocks when wind collapses wall

Employees #1 and #2 were working 20 to 30 feet below a 10 foot high by 21 foot long cinderblock parapet wall. High winds ranging between 40 and 50 mph winds caused the wall to fail. Employees #1 and #2 were struck by material from the falling wall; both were hospitalized.
