AT APPROXIMATELY 2 PM ON DECEMBER 9, 1987, EMPLOYEE #1 WAS EXAMINING THE ROOF AND SKYLIGHTS OF A 25 STORY BUILDING. HE FELL THROUGH ONE OF THE UNGUARDED SKYLIGHTS 24 FEET TO A CONCRETE SURFACE. IT IS NOT KNOWN WHY HE FELL. HE DIED OF SEVERE HEAD INJURIES.
