Employee dies of systemic intoxication

At 6:30 a.m. on October 10, 1990, Employee #1 came to work. He talked to the supervisor and then went to a storage closet to get a service cart. He proceeded to the work station with the lead man. At 8:20 a.m. the division manager talked to him. Employee #1 had appeared well to both the supervisor and the division manager, but after 9:00 a.m. he went to his supervisor, complaining of feeling sick and vomiting. Just before 11:00 a.m. he was sent home because his condition had not improved. He was found later at home by his sister and was taken to a local hospital, where he died of systemic intoxication.
