Employee Is Crushed and Killed By Glass Panel Weight

At 1:45 p.m. on April 13, 2015, an employee was preparing a crate while removing 6 ft X 7 ft glass panels. The employee was pinned to the ground and crushed by weight of the four panels that fell on top of him once the shipping crate was opened. The employee was killed onsite.
