A CAVE-IN OCCURRED, TRAPPING EMPLOYEE #1 IN THE TRENCH AND RUPTURING A 6 INCH WATER MAIN LOCATED ABOUT 3 FEET ABOVE THE SEWER LINE. THE TRENCH FILLED WITH WATER, DROWNING THE TRAPPED EMPLOYEE.
