Employee killed when struck by falling wall

Employee #1, a maintenance man, was walking in an aisle on the other side of a concrete block wall that measured approximately 11 ft by 24 ft. The wall was struck by a container/pallet that was being loaded into a storage rack. The entire wall fell onto Employee #1, killing him.
