Investigation Summary
At 6:30 p.m. on March 28, 2015, an employee was relocating heavy equipment to another job location. After rear-ending another tractor during a convoy, the employee was ejected from the farm tractor which he was driving and landed on the highway below (same level). The employee sustained multiple crushing injuries and was killed.
