AT APPROXIMATELY 7:30 AM EMPLOYEE #1 WAS CRUSHED BETWEEN TWO EIGHT-FOOT LENGTHS OF CONCRETE SEWER PIPE. EMPLOYEE #1 WAS A TRUCK DRIVER FOR LEFEBVRE & SONS TRUCKING CO. HE PULLED HIS SEMI TRAILER, LOADED WITH SEWER PIPE, ONTO THE SITE AT THE BARTON GRAVEL PIT IN LAKE ELMOE, MINNESOTA. HE UNLOADED THE FIRST LENGTH OF PIPE.
