AN ELECTRICAL WORKER CLIMBED A UTILITY POLE AND CONTACTED AN ENERGIZED 2400-VOLT OVERHEAD POWER LINE. HIS FOREMAN HAD TOLD HIM EARLIER TO WAIT, AS THE LINES HAD NOT YET BEEN DEENERGIZED.
