EMPLOYEE LOSES TIP OF FINGER WHILE WORKING ON PRESS MACHINE

At approximately 8:40 a.m. on October 18, 1989, Employee #1 was stamping out metal parts on a Rousell Full Revolution Mechanical Power Press at the north-west end of the building. The press weighed 25 tons. The press apparently double tripped causing Employee #1 to lose the tip of her left index finger.
