Investigation Summary
Employee #1 was walking behind a compressor blowing out cracks in the pavement. Employee #2 was pulling the compressor with a pickup truck. A car traveling in the same direction as the truck struck Employee #1 and continued on and hit the compressor and pushed it into the truck. Employee #1 was killed and Employee #2 was hospitalized.
