Employee injured in fall from scaffold

At approximately 1:50 p.m. on December 14, 1988, Employee #1 was taping a drywall joint while standing on a 2 in by 12 in. wood board that was on top of a 15 ft 9 in. high manually-propelled mobile scaffold. When he stepped off the board, he fell to the level, finished concrete floor, breaking both ankles and his right arm.
