Employee dies of head injuries after fall

Between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on November 14, 1988, Employee #1 either had performed or was performing building maintenance on the east side of a building or a roof when he fell no more than 15 1/2 feet from either the roof or from a ladder. He sustained severe head injuries, from which he died the next day.
