EMPLOYEE DIED OF HEAD INJURY; RELATION TO WORK UNKNOWN

BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8 AM AND 4 PM ON JULY 28, 1987 EMPLOYEE #1 AND THREE OTHER EMPLOYEES WERE MOVING CLOTHING ON RACKS IN AN AREA 20 FEET WIDE BY 30 FEET LONG. INTERVIEWS WITH THE THREE OTHER EMPLOYEES DID NOT UNCOVER EVIDENCE OF ANY ACCIDENT SUFFERED BY EMPLOYEE #1 DURING THAT TIME PERIOD. ALTHOUGH EMPLOYEE #1 DIED ON AUGUST 26, 1987, THERE IS PRESENTLY NO EVIDENCE WHICH WOULD SUGGEST A LINK BETWEEN HER DEATH AND AN OCCUPATIONAL INJURY ON JULY 28, 1987.
