EMPLOYEE INJURED INTRUCK ACCIDENT

Employee #1 was hospitalized with multiple fractures resulting from the loss of control of his vehicle. The vehicle flipped over pinning Employee #1 behind the steering wheel. Employee #1 said in his opinion the brakes failed to stop the truck after receiving a full load of cane for processing.
