Employee killed by overturned crawler backhoe

At approximately 5:15 p.m. on August 27, 1991, Employee #1 was attempting to load a Hitachi crawler backhoe onto a lowboy. After Employee #1 was on the trailer, he apparently moved one crawler track, causing the backhoe to twist toward the side. The backhoe rolled over, crushing and killing him.
