Employee killed in fall from crane

Employee #1 was working as a craneman. At the end of his shift, he alighted from the crane and walked to the other side of the bay and then walked along an elevated runway. For some reason, Employee #1 fell about 15 feet into a tank of water. He then climbed out of the tank and walked back up on the crane bridge, where he fell 40 feet to the concrete floor. Employee #1 died.
