Employee killed when struck by backing front end loader

At 9:17 a.m. on May 2, 1996, Employee #1 was using a Taylor forklift to empty a boiler ash hopper in an open field. A coworker was moving the ash with a Caterpillar 950 front end loader. Employee #1 ran in back of the loader and was struck and killed.
