Employee's head caught between frames of conveyor

Employee #1 was arranging a piece of material on a powered conveyor when the operator triggered the conveyor to close up. Employee #1's head was caught between the fixed stair over the conveyor and its closing frame. The conveyor was a two-stage telescoping type. Employee #1 was hospitalized, but survived.
