AN EMPLOYEE WAS TROUBLESHOOTING AN INDUCTION HEAT SEALING MACHINE THAT HAD A SHORT. WHILE HE WAS TESTING THE ELECTRIC CIRCUIT, HE CONTACTED AN ENERGIZED PART INSIDE THE MACHINE. THE RESULTANT ELECTRIC SHOCK THREW THE EMPLOYEE BACK. HE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
