Employee is struck and killed by tank section

At approximately 3:15 p.m. on August 4, 1993, Employee #1 was monitoring a pressurized sand blasting tank containing roofing granules. The tank exploded and the top part of the tank was propelled through the air. It struck Employee #1 on the head, killing him.
